Shai Sagi Huber is a teacher in Jerusalem's Sieff and Marks (Ziv) High School and in the Hebrew University's Department of Education.

Shai is also involved in training and mentoring leading teachers and content development in ‘Hashkafa’, a comprehensive national endeavor to improve the quality of teaching and learning by means of change in the culture of teachers’ professional development. Shai is a graduate of Revivim's fourth cohort and completed a Masters in Literature at Tel Aviv University.
